采样素材（Samples）：

• 该采样素材支持 100% 免版税（royalty free）用于在线节奏租赁平台（如 Beatstars、Airbit 等）。
• 若你使用本采样包中的素材创作作品，并与主流艺人（Spotify 月听众量超 10 万）、唱片公司或电视节目等达成合作发行，你需与我平均分配出版收益（pub，即 publishing royalties）、版税、机械复制权收益（mechanicals）、分成点数（points）及预付款（advance fees）等全部收益。

MIDI 文件（MIDI’s）：

• 支持 100% 免版税使用，但若你愿意将我纳入收益分配，我将不胜感激！

采样起始素材（Sample Starters）：

• 所有相关收益（包括合作发行收益、在线节奏租赁收益、同步授权收益等）均需按 5:5 比例分配！
• 若多人参与该采样素材或最终节奏的制作，所有收益需在参与者间平均分配。

采样授权许可（Sample Clearance）：

OVO Collection Volume 3 is the third and final sample pack in the OVO series created by Kimpe. This time, instead of simply creating a sample pack, I’ve decided to make it a complete bundle for r&b sample & beat makers.
This multi kit contains whatever you need to make samples or beats inspired by artists such as Drake, PartyNextDoor, Noah ’40’ Shebib, and many more. Included within the pack: – 1 FL Template (my personal template, which I use daily to create and arrange samples and loops) – 6 percloops – 12 mixer presets (Bass – Keys – Pads – Vocals – Synths – Percs) – 15 sample starters – 20 full samples (key & bpm labeled w/ stems) – 30 midi progressions —– T&C: Samples: The samples are 100% royalty free for online beat leasing on platforms such as Beatstars, Airbit, etc. If you place a record with a MAJOR artist (+100k monthly listeners on Spotify)/label/tv-show etc. using sample(s) from this pack, you will split the pub, royalties, mechanicals, points, advance fees, etc. with me evenly. MIDI’s: 100% royalty free, but if you feel like adding me to the splits that’d be amazing! Sample Starters: 50/50 split is required for everything (placements, online beat leases, sync placements etc)!
