This vintage amp is known for its distinctive responsive jangle and smooth overdrive. Synonymous with British Invasion pop, indie, folk rock, and country.
JAZZ 120
This amp is known for its “metallic” clean and fuzzy solid-state overdrive, making it perfect for experimental and ambient guitar work. Widely used in jazz, new wave, and post-punk.
Ultimate Realism
Guitar amps respond strongly to the impedance of the cabs they’re plugged into. Yet in modern modelling it’s common to pair an amp model with an unrelated cab or even a purely resistive load box, which breaks that interaction.
For this capture pack, each amplifier was recorded driving its original matching cabinet, preserving the natural compression, breakup, and low-end damping that occur only when amps and cabs are correctly matched.
Additionally, the included IRs were captured with each cab being driven by its matching amp, then meticulously miked up while fine tuning phase relationships to create versatile, full-range blends that translate across every genre.
Compatibility
This Capture Pack includes 27 Amp Captures: 9 amps, each captured in Clean, Drive, and Lead/Overdrive settings. The pack also includes all 9 IRs separately. Installation is simple on most platforms – just use the files from the folders labeled accordingly.
