The SA1064 is NOT like other plugins
The NAM technology running behind the scenes is very CPU-intensive. Neural Amp Modeling results in the most accurate and nuanced recreation of audio hardware, but it may be too taxing for older computers.
Lower fidelity neural models reduce CPU, but at the expense of quality. For that reason, Sage Audio plugins only use the highest quality captures.
